Your first runs in ARC Raiders will often end in death. These tips make them end in extraction instead.
Bring less than you think
Anything you carry is lost if you die. Use free loadouts and cheap gear until you know the maps, and keep your best items in the safe pocket.
Read the ARC
Every ARC has a scanner light: blue is patrolling, yellow is alerted, red is attacking. Sneak past blue ARC and break line of sight when one turns yellow.
Kill Snitches first
Snitches do not shoot, but they call other ARC to you. Destroy them before they start a chain reaction.
Shoot weak points
Wasps and Hornets go down fast if you hit their thrusters. Pops explode on contact, so shoot them at range.
Decide about other Raiders
Other players can be friends or enemies. Use proximity chat. Many Raiders will team up against a big ARC, but never turn your back on a stranger near an extraction point.
Extract on time
A full bag is worth nothing if you die. Head for an extraction point while you still have healing and ammo.
