How to start Steal An Egg: train Speed, raid the Forest, hatch pets for income and keep thieves out of your base.

Steal An Egg looks simple: run in, grab an egg, run out. The first hour decides how fast the rest of the game goes, though. Here is the order that works.

1. Claim the free Speed first

Open the free rewards panel and complete the three tasks: like the game, favourite it and join the and Collect Rare Pets group. The Speed bonus lets you reach eggs that would otherwise take a long treadmill session.

2. Farm the Forest until you have a Fox

The Forest is the starting biome and its guards are slow. Common pets like the Chicken ($1/s) and Dog ($2/s) come first, but Bird ($8/s), Owl ($35/s), Raccoon ($45/s) and Fox ($180/s) eggs appear too. Carry back every egg you can and hatch them all: even common pets add up because they earn while you are away.

The prize of the Forest is Brr Brr Patapim at $1,800 per second. One of those pays for the Speed you need to move on.

3. Put cash into Speed before anything else

Speed is the stat that decides whether you get out alive. Upgrade the treadmill and train on it between runs. Check the recommended Speed for the next biome and do not enter until you are close to it.

4. Defend what you have

Other players can raid your base. Keep your best pets and eggs protected, and do not leave the server with a valuable egg sitting unhatched.

5. Ignore code sites

Steal An Egg has no code system, so every “working codes” list is fake. The free rewards panel is the only freebie.
