Taco Tuesday time today (with timezone converter)

Third-party trackers list Taco Tuesday every Tuesday at 6:00 PM Eastern (New York time), lasting about 30 minutes. This page shows what that means in 34 cities, explains how to work it out for anywhere else and covers the clock changes that move it twice a year.

Taco Tuesday start time in 34 cities

The start time depends on whether the United States is on daylight time or standard time. In New York, Taco Tuesday is at 6:00 PM in both seasons, which is 22:00 UTC in summer and 23:00 UTC in winter. Where the time passes midnight, the table shows the day it falls on for you.

Where does Taco Tuesday fall on Wednesday?

In US summer, the event is already on Wednesday for people in: Paris, Berlin, Madrid, Rome, Istanbul, Cairo, Nairobi, Johannesburg, Dubai, Riyadh, Karachi, Delhi, Dhaka, Bangkok, Jakarta, Manila, Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Seoul, Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland. In US winter, it is on Wednesday for: Paris, Berlin, Madrid, Rome, Istanbul, Cairo, Lagos, Nairobi, Johannesburg, Dubai, Riyadh, Karachi, Delhi, Dhaka, Bangkok, Jakarta, Manila, Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Seoul, Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland. Everyone else gets it on the same Tuesday evening or afternoon as New York.

How to work out the time for any other place

1. Start from the UTC time: 22:00 UTC during US daylight time and 23:00 UTC during US standard time.
2. Look up your own UTC offset. Karachi is UTC+5, Delhi is UTC+5:30, Tokyo is UTC+9 and London is UTC+0 in winter and UTC+1 in summer.
3. Add your offset to the UTC time. If the result passes midnight, the event is on the next day for you.

For example, with a UTC time of 22:00 UTC during US daylight time, adding the Karachi offset of five hours gives Wed 3:00 AM, which is the next day.

See it in your own time zone automatically

The event timer counts down to the next start and shows the start time in your own time zone, so you do not have to convert anything. It is the quickest option if you only need to know how long you have left.

Why the time changes twice a year

The event is listed in New York time, and New York moves its clocks. The United States and Canada switch to daylight time on the second Sunday in March and back to standard time on the first Sunday in November. The UK and most of Europe switch on the last Sunday in March and the last Sunday in October. Many countries, including Pakistan, India, Japan and the Gulf states, do not change their clocks at all, and southern hemisphere countries such as Australia and New Zealand switch in the opposite months.

This means the gap between you and New York is not always the same. In 2026, UK clocks went back on October 25 while US clocks go back on November 1, so for one week the UK is four hours ahead of New York instead of five. If your local time looks an hour off for a week or two in spring or autumn, that is why.

How to set a reminder that adjusts itself

The easiest way to never miss an event is to create a recurring calendar entry and set its time zone to Eastern Time (New York) rather than your own. Your calendar then converts the start time to your local clock automatically, including when daylight saving changes. In most calendar apps the time zone option appears when you edit the event time. A phone alarm set a few minutes earlier gives you time to load into the game.

Common time zone mistakes

• Mixing up AM and PM. 6:00 PM in New York is evening there, but it can be early morning for you. Check the day and the AM or PM label in the table.
• Forgetting the day changes. If the converted time passes midnight, the event is on the next calendar day for you.
• Assuming the gap is fixed. The difference between your time and New York changes when either place moves its clocks.
• Using the wrong season column. Check whether the US is currently on daylight time or standard time before reading the table.

Tips for joining

• Join a few minutes early so you are not stuck loading in.
• Check the countdown in the event timer on the day, in case the schedule has changed.
• If you are in a time zone where the event falls on Wednesday, remember the event is still the US Tuesday.

What we know and what we do not

The schedule on this page comes from third-party trackers, not from the developers, and we have not been able to confirm it with them. Roblox experiences can move, skip or change events without notice, so treat the time as a guide rather than a promise. The live countdown in the event timer is the quickest way to see whether the next one is on schedule.
