Your week at a glance
There are two recurring events to plan around. Taco Tuesday starts on Tuesday evening in New York, and Admin Abuse starts on Saturday afternoon. For players in Asia and Oceania both usually fall on the following day, so the Taco Tuesday event is on Wednesday and Admin Abuse is on Sunday. Read the dedicated pages for the full city lists: Taco Tuesday time today and the Admin Abuse schedule.
How to prepare for an event
- Check the countdown first. The event timer shows how long is left in your own time.
- Load in early. Joining a few minutes before the start avoids waiting in a loading screen.
- Have your goals ready. Decide what you want to buy or compare beforehand, using the brainrot comparison and the time to afford calculator if you need them.
- Keep a backup plan. If the event does not start, you can use the time for something else and try again at the next one.
When are Steal a Brainrot updates released?
We cannot verify a fixed update schedule. On Roblox, developers can publish an update at any time, and servers may restart afterwards, so an update can arrive without much warning. The best signals are the game’s own announcements and its official community channels. If the game suddenly sends you back to the menu or asks you to rejoin, an update may have just gone live.
Can an update and an event overlap?
They can. Because updates are not on a verified schedule, one can land close to an event start. If something looks different after you rejoin, check the game announcements before you assume the event has changed. If you are waiting for an event that has not begun, give it a few minutes and rejoin.
Use the event timer
The event timer shows a live countdown and the start time in your own time zone. It is the quickest answer to what time the next event is, and it adjusts when clocks change.
Why the time changes twice a year
The event is listed in New York time, and New York moves its clocks. The United States and Canada switch to daylight time on the second Sunday in March and back to standard time on the first Sunday in November. The UK and most of Europe switch on the last Sunday in March and the last Sunday in October. Many countries, including Pakistan, India, Japan and the Gulf states, do not change their clocks at all, and southern hemisphere countries such as Australia and New Zealand switch in the opposite months.
This means the gap between you and New York is not always the same. In 2026, UK clocks went back on October 25 while US clocks go back on November 1, so for one week the UK is four hours ahead of New York instead of five. If your local time looks an hour off for a week or two in spring or autumn, that is why.
How to set a reminder that adjusts itself
The easiest way to never miss an event is to create a recurring calendar entry and set its time zone to Eastern Time (New York) rather than your own. Your calendar then converts the start time to your local clock automatically, including when daylight saving changes. In most calendar apps the time zone option appears when you edit the event time. A phone alarm set a few minutes earlier gives you time to load into the game.
What we know and what we do not
The schedule on this page comes from third-party trackers, not from the developers, and we have not been able to confirm it with them. Roblox experiences can move, skip or change events without notice, so treat the time as a guide rather than a promise. The live countdown in the event timer is the quickest way to see whether the next one is on schedule.
What part of the day is each event for you?
The start times are easier to plan around when you know whether they land in your morning, afternoon, evening or night. This table shows the part of the local day for each event in 14 cities during US summer.
| City | Taco Tuesday (US summer) | Admin Abuse (US summer) |
|---|---|---|
| New York | Evening | Afternoon |
| Los Angeles | Afternoon | Afternoon |
| Sao Paulo | Evening | Afternoon |
| London | Night | Evening |
| Berlin | Night | Evening |
| Cairo | Night | Night |
| Dubai | Night | Night |
| Karachi | Night | Night |
| Delhi | Night | Night |
| Bangkok | Morning | Night |
| Manila | Morning | Night |
| Tokyo | Morning | Night |
| Sydney | Morning | Morning |
| Auckland | Morning | Morning |
Players in the Americas usually get Taco Tuesday in the afternoon or evening, while many players in Asia and Oceania get it in the early morning or at night. If an event falls at an awkward hour for you, a recurring alarm and a calendar entry set to New York time make it easier to catch.
