The quest
The Old Peace quest is set in the Tau system’s past, including the Tau moon of Perita, and explores the Operator’s buried memories alongside their childhood friend Adis. Returning players need to have finished The Lotus Eaters for the quest to appear in the Codex.
New modes
- The Perita Rebellion: pick one of three missions and finish its objectives within 12 minutes, fighting the Anarchs (Dax, Grineer and commandeered Prime Warframes) and then one of three bosses. Hidden collectables give temporary buffs.
- Descendia: a 21-floor tower with Penance modifiers. Floors 7 and 14 are checkpoints where a member of the Devil’s Triad grants a temporary Blessing. The tower resets every week.
New players can opt in to Descendia and The Perita Rebellion after completing The Teacher, with some matchmaking limits and light story spoilers.
Uriel and the Devil’s Triad
Uriel is a demon commander who summons three lesser demons to fight with him and can fly as a meteor that sets enemies on fire. Buy him with Platinum, or earn his blueprints and resources in Descendia. He belongs to the Devil’s Triad, three new Protoframes: Harrow (Lyon), Wisp (Marie) and Uriel (Roathe). The relationship system was expanded, including unlockable “Captura Dates”.
Bayonets and Tauron Strikes
- Bayonet is Warframe’s first hybrid weapon class: it takes both the Primary and the Melee slot. The first one is the Vinquibus.
- Tauron Strikes add a new Ultimate ability for each of the five Focus Schools. The five Strikes are Vexoric, Cogron, Thara, Nidri and Lorak.
Operator remaster and Prime content
- The Operator and Drifter were fully resculpted, with new options for makeup, skin, eyebrows, beards and hair, and body type chosen separately from the face.
- Gyre Prime arrived with more health, shields and sprint speed, alongside Alternox Prime, Kestrel Prime, Galariak Prime and Sagek Prime.
