The free route
- Intern: your starting class.
- Secretary: the usual first unlock, good at the check-in window.
- Psychologist: built around Sanity.
- Doctor or Security: Doctor for treatment, Security for handling hostile entities.
- Surgeon: the strongest class you can buy with Animal Coins.
Other classes
The Nurse and Paramedic are treatment and support classes that work well in teams. The Head Nurse and Secret Agent are bought with Robux and sit at the top of most rankings.
How to earn Animal Coins faster
Survive longer shifts and reject anomalies correctly, because each correct rejection raises your end-of-shift reward. Teams that split the work, with one person at the window and the others treating patients, last much longer.
