Use three checks. Look at the patient at the window (extra eyes, hollow face, human teeth, twitching). Compare their photo once it develops (different eyes or ears, static). Watch the CCTV feed (staring into the camera, a black body, a black bar over the eyes). If any check fails, press the red shutter button.

You work the night shift at a veterinary hospital. Real animal patients arrive at the check-in window, and so do anomalies disguised as patients. Your job is to admit and treat the real ones and turn the anomalies away before they get inside, where they drain Sanity, attack patients or turn into Skinwalkers.
It grew fast: more than 700,000 concurrent players in July 2026 and over a billion visits within months, with a rating around 95%.
How a shift works
- Check every patient. Look at their face, take and compare their photo, and check the CCTV feed.
- Reject anomalies with the red shutter button next to the window.
- Treat admitted patients in rooms 1 to 8 using the computers, tests and medicine.
- Protect your Sanity. It works like your health bar, and some anomalies and hazards drain it.
- Unlock classes with Animal Coins. Each class has different Sanity, Utility and starting money.
