The Frost Dragon is another legacy dragon that traders watch closely. Like the Shadow Dragon and Bat Dragon, it comes from a retired source, which is why trackers expect legacy pets to keep appreciating as they become scarcer.
If you are offered a Frost Dragon, check the trade carefully, confirm what you are giving up, and never accept a deal arranged outside the game.
