Meowl is a OG brainrot in the Roblox game Steal a Brainrot. It costs 350B and earns 300M per second, which works out to 18B per minute, 1.08T per hour and 25.9T over a full day of earning time. At its base rate, Meowl pays back its own price in about 19 minutes. Among the 2 OG brainrots in our database it ranks number 1 for income, and number 1 of 257 across every rarity, which puts it ahead of about 100 percent of all brainrots we track.

This page covers everything you need to decide whether Meowl belongs in your base: its full stats, how much it earns over time and with multipliers, how fast it pays for itself compared with other OG brainrots, cheaper or stronger alternatives, how to get it, and how to keep it from being stolen. All numbers are base values before rebirth bonuses, mutations or traits.

How much does Meowl make?

The table shows how much cash Meowl generates over common play sessions at its base rate. Steal a Brainrot pays income every second while the brainrot sits on a pad in your base, so longer sessions add up quickly, especially for higher rarities.

Time Cash earned
1 minute 18B
10 minutes 180B
30 minutes 540B
1 hour 1.08T
3 hours 3.24T
8 hours 8.64T
24 hours 25.9T

In one hour, Meowl earns about 3.1 times its own price. That means it pays for itself within a single session and keeps adding profit after that.

How brainrot income works

Each brainrot standing on a pad in your base adds its income to a collector that fills every second. Walk over or press the collect button to move that cash into your wallet, then spend it on more brainrots, upgrades or rebirths. Income only builds while the brainrot is in your base, so a stolen brainrot stops earning for you immediately and starts earning for the thief. That is why defence matters as much as buying: protecting Meowl keeps its 300M per second flowing.

Meowl income with multipliers

Base income is only the starting point. Rebirths, mutations, traits and limited events can multiply what a brainrot earns, and the effects stack in game. Use this table to estimate Meowl with common multipliers, then check exact bonuses in your own game, because multiplier values change with updates.

Multiplier Income per second Per hour Payback
1x 300M 1.08T 19 minutes
1.5x 450M 1.62T 13 minutes
2x 600M 2.16T 10 minutes
3x 900M 3.24T 6 minutes
5x 1.5B 5.4T 4 minutes
10x 3B 10.8T 2 minutes

For your own numbers, open the Steal a Brainrot income calculator and enter Meowl with your multiplier.

Is Meowl worth it?

Compared with the rest of its rarity, Meowl pays back faster than the typical OG brainrot, which makes it a good value pick. The median OG brainrot costs 425B, earns 275M per second and pays back in about 26 minutes. Meowl costs less than that median and earns more.

Value is not the only thing that matters. Your base has a limited number of pads, so in the long run the brainrots with the highest income per second win, even if they took longer to pay back. A good rule is to buy fast-payback brainrots early to build cash, then replace them with the highest earners you can afford, and sell or swap the weakest pad whenever you upgrade.

Cheaper or stronger alternatives to Meowl

No brainrot in our database costs the same or less than Meowl while earning more per second, so at its price point it is the strongest earner you can buy.

Nothing in our database earns more than Meowl, so it is already a top-tier brainrot. The only upgrades left are multipliers: rebirths, mutations and traits.

Where Meowl fits in your progression

Meowl is an endgame brainrot. Its price puts it out of reach for most players, and anyone who owns one has a base that others will try hard to raid. At this level, income is enormous, and the main goals are protecting what you have and stacking every multiplier you can. Endgame brainrots are also prized in trades and as proof of progress, so be careful about who you trust in your server.

Rebirths reset your cash and brainrots in exchange for permanent bonuses, and some rebirths require you to own specific brainrots. Before you rebirth, check whether Meowl is needed for your next one, and plan purchases so the brainrots you buy now also help you meet the next requirement.

How to get Meowl

Meowl appears on the red conveyor belt in the middle of the map. When it rolls past, walk up to it and buy it for 350B before another player does; it then walks to an empty pad in your base. You can also steal Meowl from another player whose base is unlocked, carrying it back to your own base without getting hit.

About the OG rarity

OG is the rarest tier in our database, with only a handful of brainrots and the highest values in the game. OG brainrots are status symbols as much as earners, and they attract constant attention from thieves. If you own one, never leave your base unlocked, and be careful about which servers you join.

Rarity order from lowest to highest: Common, Rare, Epic, Legendary, Mythic, Brainrot God, Secret and OG. See the rarities explained guide for the full breakdown.

How to protect Meowl from thieves

Every brainrot in your base can be stolen, and higher-value ones attract the most attention. Lock your base whenever you leave it: the lock is active for 30 seconds when you join, and after that you can lock it for 60 seconds plus 10 seconds for each rebirth. Stay near your base when the lock is about to run out, and keep your most valuable brainrots on the pads farthest from the entrance so thieves need more time to grab them.

If someone does steal Meowl, chase them. A player carrying a stolen brainrot moves more slowly, cannot use items and triggers an alert, and a single hit sends the brainrot straight back to your base. Using speed upgrades and staying in servers with fewer players also helps. For more defence tips, read the Steal a Brainrot hub.
