“Best” depends on how far into the game you are. This page ranks every brainrot in our wiki database by raw income per second. It is not a community tier list, and trade values have not been added yet. Use the tables to see where the biggest earners sit, then use the stage guide to decide what to buy next.

Which brainrot should you buy at each stage?
A brainrot is only the best choice if you can afford it. Here is how the numbers look at four stages of progress.
Early game: Common, Rare and Epic
This group has 40 brainrots in our database, priced from 25 (Noobini Pizzanini) to 47.5K (Mummio Rappitto). The highest earner is Mummio Rappitto at 325 income per second for a price of 47.5K. The quickest to pay for itself is Noobini Pizzanini, which earns its price back in about 25 sec. If you can afford only one purchase at this stage, compare those two first, then check the full list in the wiki database.

How income per second works
Income per second is the listed earning rate for a brainrot: the amount it adds to your cash every second. Higher is better, but the rate on its own does not tell you how long you wait to afford it or how fast it pays back. That is why this page shows price and payback next to every income figure.
Why raw income is not the whole story
- Price matters. A brainrot that earns twice as much but costs ten times as much can be the slower route to growth.
- Payback matters. The faster a purchase earns back its price, the sooner you can buy the next one. See fastest payback brainrots for that ranking.
- Multipliers matter. Traits and other bonuses can raise real income above the listed figure. Enter a multiplier in the income calculator to include one.
- Your goal matters. A slow-payback brainrot can still be worth it if it is your route to something rarer.
Worked example: comparing two OG brainrots
Take the two OG brainrots. Meowl costs 350B and earns 300M per second, so its payback is 350B divided by 300M, which is about 19 min. Strawberry Elephant costs 500B and earns 250M per second, a payback of about 33 min. The first costs less and earns more, so on these numbers it is the stronger buy. The point is not the winner, it is the method: divide price by income, compare, then decide.
Tools that help you compare
Use the brainrot comparison to put two brainrots side by side, the time to afford calculator to see how long it takes to afford one, and the away earnings calculator to estimate what you earn while you are offline. All of them use the same price and income figures as this page.
Prices and income come from third-party listings, last checked 2026-10-21. They can change after updates.
Frequently asked questions
Which brainrot has the highest income per second?
In our database it is Meowl, at 300M income per second for a price of 350B. The next two are Strawberry Elephant (250M) and Headless Horseman (175M).
What is the best brainrot for beginners?
The best beginner choice is the one you can afford that pays back quickly. Early on that means the Common to Epic tiers, where the best earners and fastest paybacks are shown in the early game section above.
Does a higher price always mean higher income?
Not always. Tiers generally cost more and earn more, but individual brainrots differ in how much income you get per unit of price. Compare payback, not just price.
Is this a tier list?
No. It ranks by raw income per second from our database. It does not include community trade values or opinions.
How often do the numbers change?
Prices and income come from third-party listings and can change after game updates. The data on this page was last checked on 2026-10-21.
How do I work out whether a brainrot is worth buying?
Divide its price by its income per second to get the payback time, then compare that against other brainrots you could buy. The income calculator does this for you, including multipliers.
